Worker of the Month - March 2022

Every month at Jayco Recruitment, we like to reward our most hard working employees. We split the award into 3 categories Health care, Social Care and Internal (Office) worker, each winner will receive a £50 Amazon Voucher. The health and social care winners are chosen by our consultants who each nominate someone who they believe should win. After all the consultants have made their cases for their chosen candidates, they collectively decide as a team who is most deserving of these awards. The office award is chosen by the rest of the team who have an internal vote, in addition our Director Jonathan Coates has very generously said the office worker with the most worker of the month awards will receive an extra bonus at the end of the year.

This month’s care winner is Care Assistant Jermaine Jemmoth. Over the past few months, he has worked exclusively for one care home as they are always asking for him back. Jermaine is an extremely hard worker; he constantly works 6 shifts a week. Jermaine is very organised, he always gives our recruitment team plenty of notice when he is available for work which is always a massive help.

Our social care worker of the month is Child Residential Worker Vicky Conway. Over the past month, Vicky has been working for one client at several of their services around the North Tyneside area. Our social care consultant Paul has described Vickey as a “Model Candidate”, she always goes above and beyond her usual job responsibilities when she is on shift. She is hugely reliable, as she is always on-time and she often picks up last minute shifts when they come in.

The office worker of the month is our Compliance Administrator John Wilson. John has only been with JAYCO for 2 months, but he has settled into his new role with relative ease. He works as part of our Compliance team to ensure all our new and current workers are fully compliant. John is always happy to step up when needed and has been a great a addition to the team.
