Role: We are currently seeking compassionate and motivated Healthcare Assistants to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for helping others and will demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care. In this role, you will work closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals to provide essential support to patients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with personal care activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Help patients with mobility and transfer, using appropriate techniques and equipment to ensure their safety.
• Act in support of senior carers and management team.

Requirements:

• 6 months minimum UK Experience in a Health Care Assistant position
• Basic understanding of healthcare practices and procedures, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Empathy, patience, and a compassionate approach to patient care.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to prioritize tasks and respond to changing needs.
• Must have a good standard of communication.
