Labourer

As a Labourer, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, organisation, and functionality within the yard and warehouse areas of the facility. This role involves ensuring that materials and equipment are appropriately stored, maintained, and accessible for use. The Labourer will collaborate closely with other team members to support the efficient operation of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Keep the yard area clean and free from debris and disposing of waste materials appropriately.
• Arrange materials, equipment, and supplies in an orderly manner to facilitate easy access and efficient workflow.
• Support the loading and unloading of materials and equipment onto trucks, trailers, or other vehicles as needed.
• Keep track of inventory levels for commonly used materials and supplies. Notify supervisors when stock levels are low to ensure timely replenishment.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Identify and report any safety hazards or concerns to management.
• Work closely with other members of the team to coordinate tasks and prioritize workload effectively.

Skills:

• Experience as a labourer (desired but not essential).
• Ability to operate tools and machinery.
• Knowledge of safety procedures.
