7.5t Truck Driver

We are currently looking for an experienced 7.5 Tonne Lorry Driver to join our clients team. The driver will be responsible for the safe and secure transportation of goods.

Responsibilities:

• Operating an assigned vehicle weighing up to 7.5 tonnes, including lorries, tankers, transporters or trucks.
• Driving for long distances.
• Planning deliveries and delivery schedules.
• Working with transport managers to identify and plan the best route to take.
• Ensuring that loads are safe and properly secured.
• Completing delivery paperwork and keeping the logbook up to date.
• Spending nights away from home for long-haul deliveries and being able to stay in a small space for a long period of time.
• Heavy lifting.

Qualifications:

• CPC
• 7.5 Tonne License
• Digital Tachograph Card
